Shipping Policy
Purchases Within New Zealand

Resource prices listed include standard shipping within New Zealand.

Please ensure that the delivery address for your order is accurate and complete (including any business name if you ask us to deliver to a work address).

We cannot take responsibility for any orders that go missing due to incorrect delivery information provided by you, or because you have not chosen a safe delivery address.

Standard Delivery Times: Based on working days once your order has been dispatched is 5-10 working days nationwide.​​​

Purchases Beyond New Zealand

Unfortunately, at present, we do not offer shipping outside New Zealand. We encourage purchasing our digital files that can be downloaded.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and in no way intends to limit your rights under that or any other appropriate legislation.

 

Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.

 

Change of Mind: Please choose carefully as we do not refund any item brought online if you change your mind.

Faulty: If your item is faulty, ie printing or binding defects, we will replace it. Please contact us by email providing as much information as possible as to the fault.

Damage: If your item arrives damaged, please keep the cover in which it arrived. Please contact us by email providing as much information as possible as to the damage, a photo would be appreciated.
